BossMayne Units strongly advises not to wait until the last minute to place your order. We suggest you plan for unanticipated delays.. We will provide you a delivery confirmation and tracking number when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping carrier. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please make a note that holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.

BossMayne Units offers 2 shipping options:

Standard 3-5 Business Day Shipping:

All orders are insured by the US Post Office and we ONLY ship to your confirmed credit card billing address. No alternate addresses. No exceptions. ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.
You will typically receive your package 7-10 business days from the day you place your order(10-15 business days during COVID). We CANNOT guarantee your exact delivery date. If you have not received your order within 24 hours of your expected delivery date, please contact the US Post Office with your tracking number. They should be able to assist in locating and delivering any missing packages. During holiday seasons or inclement weather, shipping may take slightly longer. Please plan accordingly and order your hair at least 2 weeks prior to your hair appointment.
BossMayne Units is not responsible for any lost packages at the fault of the postal service. If your package ends up lost due to their mistakes, we are not to be held responsible and a refund or replacement is not our responsibility.
Returns or Exchanges
Due to all wigs being custom BossMayne Units does not accept and returns or exchanges. Please be sure you are knowledgeable of the merchandise you are purchasing.
